Remembering a trip to France is pleasant whether you were there ten years ago or just got home last week. This is the lady that had the live Octopussys when we visited. I don’t think she was happy to have her picture taken.

I’m just sayin’             Don’t even get me started.

We sometimes find it necessary to travel to consult the oracle, and to sleep in the muse’s guest room. These fecund occasions can bring enlightenment, but sometimes not without over exposure to the raw power of the experience. Back home, I find myself exhausted, in need of some deep napping. But before I close my eyes, a first panoramic offspring from the trip must be given. This one captures the final moments of the journey and provides a neat allegorical summary. More later on multiple blogs you may frequent.

I spied these two hawks “doing it” at Bryan Park Sunday. It was quite a sight, and one that I wasn’t going to post at first. Then I saw Jude’s “Copping a Feel,” and somehow thought it might be germane.

After the “act,” Bryan Park’s own version of “Winged Victory.” Not quite the Louvre, but it’s not every day you get to see two hawks doing it.
